Rwanda:​

• Collaborate with reputable Rwandan organizations and individuals on spay/neuter and rabies vaccination programs

• Gracefully build upon the efforts already being done to enhance the image of dogs and other animals in Rwanda

• Introduce Rwandans to the concept of animals as forms of healing and service 

• Collaborate with reputable organizations and individuals to greatly reduce the numbers of street dogs and cats in Rwanda 

• Introduce and help establish and maintain animal protection legislation
